You’re about to start an amazing new chapter to your adventure and this is a very special time to capture.  (Especially if it’s a surprise)!!  You may have invested in a gorgeous ring and you’re about to have this very special, intimate moment with your partner to start your new life together.  Since it’s hard to have all of your loved ones around when you ask this critical life question, it’s important to be able to share these beautiful moments with those you both care about most!  The anticipation, the raw emotion when your partner says yes, the happiness and joy of this new life adventure starting now.  You just have to look at one of my proposal galleries to see exactly what can happen and what I can capture! 

PLANNING YOUR PROPOSAL!

Planning your proposal is a very fun, special time, but it can sometimes feel overwhelming!  I have some clients that know exactly how and where they want to propose, and I have MANY more clients that really have no idea where to start.  I am happy to help!  We’ll talk about different locations, special places for you as a couple, and weather backup plans   We’ll make a plan so I can remain super sneaky (surprise!!).

HOW DOES YOUR PROPOSAL PHOTOGRAPHER STAY SO SNEAKY?

LOL - Telephoto lens.  Ability to make good friends so quickly at your proposal site so that I can blend in and make every effort to capture your proposal sight unseen and be “doing something else” lol.  Absolutely stealthiness.  Check out my favorite sneaky story from Hayden and Claire’s proposal here (hee hee).  Cliff notes version: I arrive at least 15 - 30 minutes early to the area where you are going to propose, and I may have made some new friends on site to help me blend in!

I’M DECIDING TO PROPOSE FAIRLY LAST MINUTE AND I’M WORRIED IT’S TOO LAST MINUTE NOTICE TO HAVE YOU AS OUR PHOTOGRAPHER!

Please reach out to me!  Proposals are extra special to me (yes, I’m a super romantic at heart), and I will make every effort to accommodate your proposal date, even if it’s last minute!   There are some things I can’t move, but I will make every effort to be available to capture this amazing time for you!

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS AND I’M PLANNING AN OUTDOOR PROPOSAL?

We work together in advance to make a backup plan in case weather plays a factor!   It consists of a plan, drop pins and usually codes between your great friend that can easily pass info (if you can’t) – even day of. We’ve got this! 

HOW WILL THIS WORK IF I’M FROM OUT OF TOWN BUT I WANT TO PROPOSE IN EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA?

I love the beauty of technology.  I’m well familiar with the area and I am happy to help with planning!  Again, we’ve got this!

WHAT HAPPENS IF EITHER MY FAMILY OR MY LOVE’S PARTNER WANTS TO BE IN SOME PHOTOS OR HAVE A PARTY?

I would love that!!  I offer two different proposal packages: one that offers the proposal and couple photos and one that also includes a family party and/or family photos afterwards!
